Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after reception of your payment. You have option to choose either Standard Shipping(Economical and slow delivery) via Post Malaysia Registered Mail™ or Express Shipping(Fast delivery via Express Mail Services).
Shipping Time Frame.
Orders are processed within 2 working days. Products will be ship by Malaysia Post Office via Registered Mail™ with tracking number. Our products will be shipped from Sarawak, Malaysia of the products origin.
The estimate transit time is about 3 to 6 weeks (depend on your location), then the package will go through customs, and pass to your country Local Post Office. However your country Post Office has no control on how long it takes customs to sort and process each item. For now my customer, will received their package in about 4 to 6 weeks time.
Note: Tracking; Unfortunately, Tracking have been turn off and is unavailable for this Registered Mail or First-Class International Letter Class Mail in USA, Canada, Australia and some other countries ……
However a signature of acceptance as proof of delivery for registered items still be continue to obtain.
Express Shipping Time Frame.
Orders are processed within 2 working days. Products will be ship by Express Mail Services with tracking number. Our products will be shipped from Sarawak, Malaysia of the products origin. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) – 5 to 10 working days to arrive (depend on your location). Signature of acceptance as proof of delivery are required to obtain during delivery.
Within 7 days after receiving your order, you may return any item shipped by JamaicaBlackStone.com Store for a full credit or refund minus the postage fee under any of the following circumstances:
Item is in new and unopened condition with original packaging
Item was received damaged
(Please note that the Jamaican Stone can sometimes break a part in the post, this however has no effect to the product in any way and can not be returned for this reason)
Incorrect item was shipped
We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 7 days after receiving. Products cannot be returned if the reason is that you do not like the product.
